Following is a link to a few pictures from my trip a couple weeks ago down the Fife Brook section of the Deerfield. Aside from the large group of kayaks in one of the pics and the rafters who launched before we did, we didn't see anyone else on the river. Made for a very nice time, in all. The boats: Old Town Appalachian, Disco 169, 3 Scouts, Dagger Encore, Mohawk XL-15, Wavesport Z (unconverted ).
Note that these pictures were from my digital camera, so no images of the two boats that went through the gap are yet available. I really want to see if anyone got some pictures of Neal and Glenn in the XL-15; I didn't even see 'em, but all reports said they rocked the run (as opposed to my boat, which simply rocked...literally). There is supposedly also a picture of just after we hit, which should be a good one. Either way, when I get them from other people I hope to scan them in.
