Thanks for the pictures and the site!! Is this the guy who was going to c-1 it and then videotape the run and start a career as an “extreme” paddler? It sorta looks like a C-1, but the blurb and last picture make reference to a kayak and not a C-1. I confess to having a (possibly slightly morbid) desire to see any footage of any attempt over the falls; any craft, fatal or otherwise. The first person to go over the falls and live was Annie TAYLOR and I should see if I’m related. That would be pretty cool, huh?
Does anybody know if the C-1er’s video ever got shown?

I'm not sure if the video was ever shown, but Jesse running Niagara in a Gyramax (I'm pretty sure it's a Gyramax) sure is interesting. For years I'd heard about the "kayaker" who tried running the falls, then a few years back finally found a correct write-up that mentioned he was in fact a CBoater

has a bit of history, albiet considering him a kayaker instead of a C-Boater. Seems he didnt wear his helmet so you could tell it was him and no PFD either...

Was watching the noon news today and there was a story about a guy who went over the falls with NOTHING on except jeans..Not only lived, but swam to shore at the bottom and self- rescued. Anyone else hear about this? Man, does this open a can of worms for "Extreme" fools everywhere........
