Hudson Armada Report

Well, a week ago today a few weary travelers (Kelly-Rand, NZMatt, and Jo) appeared on my doorstep, and we stayed up talking CBoats until Jo and AdkSara started giving us all funny looks .
Saturday was, well, WET, but we made two trips down the Sacandaga with NZMatt having A BLAST in the Groove (LEW tried it as well, (LEW and Shelly met us at the put-in)), and I enjoyed NOT having my skirt pop on the Viper (new custom Mountain Surf skirt. TOUGH to get on, but it doesn't pop off and is VERY DRY). Second trip was all tandem (Kelly-Rand and I in the Tomahawk).
We all had dinner at AdkSara and my house, watched some videos and relaxed.
Sunday we spent most of the day tweaking outfitting and redoing the seams on NZMatts NEW ACROBAT (formerly Cosmik Debris...). How IS that boat doing, NZMatt??
Overall, a success, and a good time had by all, even though we didn't run the Hudson (it hung in around 3.5', and was rainy and cool).
I'd say the best part for me was running the Sac with Kelly-Rand in the Tomahawk-the bow tended to go THROUGH the waves, which was a bit interesting
