Updates to CBoat data

Yup, I finally started another BIG update. No images yet (I still need to reformat them), but there are new links on the home page, as well as a "Slalom and Race Info" page set up (go to the CBoat home page to check it out). Roy Hunter had the idea of listing them all, and so far we have 18 or so..if you have more info, please let me know!
There's also more data on individual boats, and commentary on a lot of the Hearn / Lugbill designs.
