Want information on the performance of the Nexus as a tandem white water canoe and how it compares to the Dagger Caption.

I tested the Nexus a couple of months ago and was pleasantly surprised. The Nexus was definitely a nice boat.

We didn't have the two boats to compare side by side but my impression is that the Caption has deeper, larger volumn bow and stern and more rocker and thus would be quite a bit drier.

In my opinion the Nexus is a great boat for class II+ up to technical class III+ but wouldn't want to paddle it on anything much harder or on bigger water. The Caption I'd take down anything (well almost... :-? )
sometimes open, sometimes closed, but always on my knees
