Will a riot Grind make for a good C-1? any info appreciated.

thinking about c-boating. I am a kayaker and need some info. Thanks. Also if you have a cheap C-1 and skirt in the southeast I'll probably take it.

I don't know how big you are, but I find the Riot & Necky cockpit rims too narrow for my thighs. Less fat people don't have this problem.

Grind is Good C1

I have a grind that I C1 from time to time and it's very good -- stable, easy to roll, you can throw it around much much more than when it's a kayak, and it has a nice big cockpit (much bigger than standard riot cockpit size).

Go for it!

I'm pretty sure Edwin Datschefski (aka C1Deli http://cboats.net/cforum/profile.php?mo ... ofile&u=39) has or had a Grind. I think he spoke well of it.

He's across the pond in the UK so it might be hard to demo his boat... He has not posted in a while, either.
