Arrggg!! NB paddle problem

OK, Here it is, my first Armada. I've beeen looking foward to this for quite a while now. Paddling with all single blades, decked and open alike, seeing boats that I've never seen before, meeting you guys on this board, hopefully getting to see some sweet moves at the lunchstop hole and if that wasn't enough, getting to paddle the NB But I find myself paddleless It all started about a month ago, I went paddling here on the James and left my paddle in a buddy's truck at the end of the day Not a big problem except he lives about 90 miles east of here and I work 70 miles north of here (Richmond) so there wasnt much chance of me driving down to get it. No a problem still, I get married the next weekend, do the honeymoon thing, my buddy's supposed to paddle up here and drop my paddle off durring that time. Well his paddling plans fell through. Still np, he's comming up the next weekend (last weekend) an I can get it then but some how we miss each other which leaves me in the sad, sappy state I'm in now, paddleless. Solution=Go buy another paddle (need a backup any way), no good. Seems nobody around here carries spoon bladed cannoe paddles (can't go back to flat once I've paddled with a curved blade). I even called Davey Hearn to see if they had anything, nope. So here's my question, and I know paddles are rarely sold used but if anyone out ther has a curved blade paddle around 56-58" and are considering getting rid of it I'd be happy to take it off you hands or if you know of any soure around northern VA, DC, MD that I may be able to get a paddle on short notice, I'd really appreciate hearing about it.
Thanks
