Hi all -

I've found good deals on both a Dagger Kingpin 6.3 and a Nomad 8.5. Anyone out there ever paddled either one of these boats as a C-1 and care to comment on their experiences? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Kingpin is a great spud boat, both wave and hole, it one of the better spuds the performs in both really well. i have a 6.2 and love it for play, sometimes it feels just too small, but it is! lol
I get a lot more wave time in than hole time, but the boat is balanced really well.

Thanks Kev - sounds like the Kingpin is good at the playspots. How is it in the class III-IV river running between the playspots?? My reference point is a Dagger Id, and I figure the Kingpin will be somewhat slower than the Id - I'm just wondering how much slower.
