James River to hit flood stage

The James in Richmond should be at/above flood stage starting Thursday and stay high through the weekend. If you want to hook up and paddle on Thurday or Friday, call me (804) 405-3767. High water permits may be needed, so if you don't have one, we'll have to go and get one (no big deal).

High water paddling, anyone?
