Something to do with going from upside down to a bowstall right?
Can someone explain ( or point me to an explanation) of how it's done?
Think I got the zero part...

Flip a short boat. Start your roll with the paddle perpendicular to the boat or a little towards the bow. Roll. You'll come up on the bow.
It's neat when you want to do it. Darned aggravating when you don't want to.

yeah, pretty much any smaller boat will zero-hero every time you try to roll. basically, you roll halfway up, and when your boat is on its side, throw your bow down like a cartwheel. Basically, if you roll up with your weight foward in a shortboat, this will happen automatically. In longer boats, or bigger boats, you will have to aggressivly throw your weight fowards as you roll. Try to keep your face in the water or dam close to it.
