everything is free all the clinics and what not i believe. Camping is $10 a night per tent i think? not sure if there will br camping space, you need to get there early.
food wise, there is a restuarnt about 10 minute drive from jessups campground, other than that, your cooking for yourself.
call paddlers co op or post on boatwerks for more info.

You have to register for the single blade symposium, to participate in the clinics, and to try out demo boats... at least, that's according to hte site. here is a copy of some of the pertinant info:
How much does it cost and what does this include?
Early Bird - $35 for the weekend (2 nights camping @ Boathouse) by May 6, 2005.
Early Bird - $25 for the weekend (no camping) by May 6, 2005.
After May 6th - $50 for the weekend (2 nights camping @ Boathouse).
After May 6th - $40 for the weekend (no camping).
Your registration fee includes:
camping at Paddler Co-op Boathouse (see rates above, limited space, register now)
Saturday night dinner
all Palmer Fest, Single Blade Symposium clinics
canoe and kayak boat demos
day care services during the Saturday and Sunday clinics
an evening of whitewater films
live band—Ten Feet Tall
free shuttle service between campsites (so you don’t have to drive between Jessup’s and the Paddler Co-op Boathouse the night of the party),
one-year subscription to either Rapid, Adventure Kayak or Canoeroots magazine
Note: Upon registration you’ll sign a waiver and receive a wristband that acts as your ticket for the weekend. A wristband will be required for all clinics, demos, dinner, films, band, and shuttle between campsites.
