I had a Session plus that I sold, not because I didn't like it, but because I needed the money at the time.

The Session is probably one of the best boat to convert into a C-1. You just can't go wrong. So if you manage to get one for cheap, more power to ya :D !!

The truth is , if I can get my hands on a Cheap Session I'll probably buy it. If it's already converted great, if not then it'll be another one of my projects. Just another one to drive my wife crazy :o !!

By the way your specs are fine I sold it to a guy who was 6'3" and 235 lbs and he had no problems.
But I have heard that the Blue Session Plus is a little smaller than the other ones. I don't know if it's an urban legend, but if it's true beats me why it is so. Maybe because of the color and of the contraction of darker colors. No idea !! Any scientists in the group !!

Hi John,

I used to have Session+, the Blue one :D
:D I exchanged it for Robson TwinTip, mostly because it was too long
for our local playspots(there's enough water only in spring). Also, I think it was a bit unstable when going vertical- because of it's narrow hull and rather big and evenly spread volume. However, I really enjoyed Session and miss it's speed, especially as compared to the spud I have now. In my opinion, it's a lovely boat for an experienced rider, not a beginner. It requires good control and technique. Yet, it is a good boat to convert and to have.
PS
I'm 192cm/83kg

Should make a great c1, slice and dice! cartwheel machine.

LL stop the production of red boats because the boats would set smaller because of the dye or something, i think anyway.
