New Wave Cruise Control

Yesterday I paddled with a guy in a Cruise Control conversion. It looked like a pretty good river runner though I doubt it was as easy to paddle as he made it look.
Anybody ever paddle one?
Any thoughts on how it would work for somebody in the 200lb range?
