I was returning to Boston from a quick trip to the Yough and as I came through Milford PA on '6" I saw a number of OC laden cars heading South. This was Sunday the 24th. What river were folks returning from? The Laxawaxxen (sp) River was the only blue line identified on the map I have that was up in that direction.

15 c-boats were at the NCSP training on the Delaware, most of those folks would go home that way.
