Your "smallest C1" reminds me of a boat we made about 20 years ago: 5" taken out of the seamline of an Ultramax. It would float 175 lbs (80 Kg). Anything above that would sink the boat over the spray skirt. I was only 145 lbs at the time and could ender the boat simply by leaning forward or backward. It was definitely scary in water more difficult than Class 2. Easy to do cartwheels though. :o
