It looks like I will be at the Lower Yough Saturday with several K1s, OC1s, OC2s and possibly an R4. Anyone want to join us? (I'll be paddling my WB and can bring my Masercut Acrobat if someone wants to try it.)

I'll be in the area but having visitors (my kids' friends) at the cabin. Not sure if I can escape for a bit but let me know what your launch times are? If I can I will. Are you paddling Sunday as well? Also Big Al is out of town right now but I'm sure he'd be up for paddling the LY as well on Sunday.
Keep us posted!

David sorry I missed you and your pod on Sat. but at least you left an impression on the LY. One of the guides flagged me down on Sunday AM and ask me "...who was in "the boat" yesterday?" I got the feeling they were impressed with the boat/boater on Sat!
I thought of you based on your post and that you have a
red WB.
Anyway I said it wasn't me to which the response was "...Well I know that!"
At least someone was making the WB / C1 crowd look good! Kudos for you! Hope to catch up with you next time! Paul C.

Hey there, I'm heading up that way from Monroe County WV with a few friends to run the Yough on Sunday. Two open boaters and 3 or more kaykers.

Jason,
I wouldn't be at the Lower Yough for a while, but I am planning on running my Wheelboy down the Upper Yough on possible the 5th and definetly the 6th of August.
Take It Easy,
David
PS: for those who may be interested here is a link to the best picture I've ever seem of myself on the river. The WB in action at Que ball on the Cheat.
