Who all is going to Gauley Fest and what are you planning on paddling (boats and runs)?
Right now I'm considering taking my acrobat down the NRG either Saturday or Sunday if there are others out there who want to make it an Acrobat Armada. On the other day I'll prbably run the Lower Gauley in my WB.
If we get some rain, I may opt for some other runs in the area. (Upper/Middle Medow, Cherry, Cranberry, etc.)
I'll mainly be hanging out this the Hoosier Canoe Club, so I'm running what they're running unless I can hook up with another group.
Take It Easy,
David

We're planning on the Lower Gauley Friday & Saturday of Festival weekend. I'll be in my full cut Viper. The other C-boater in our group will be in a converted Necky Rip. We may do the NRG on Sunday. I'm not sure, but I think we'll be camping at the Rivermen.
I'm also looking for folks to paddle the Lower Gauley with the weekend after the Fest (Oct. 1 & 2). I'm also open to other runs that weekend.

As of right now it looks like Big Al (Zoom OC1) and I (WB or BB (if Bill R. lends me a demo)) will be there. We also may have Rock tagging along (our token K virgin sacrifice – just don’t tell him that! LOL ). Ron will be there but looks to be rice boy for the day / night at
www.sushifoyushi.com which will be at the Fest and not paddling!
Right now the plans are to do the LG on Sat. and maybe the NRG on Sunday. All things are subject to change based on paddlers (I believe Al has a flight out of PGH late Sunday afternoon), water flow, etc.
I think if there is enough water we’ll be game for Upper or Middle Meadow, Cherry, Cranberry, etc. So I might bring another boat as a back up – not sure which.
I’m also not sure were we will be staying right now or what the ride configuration will be – subject to change if others form up with us.
If you can PM me your cell numbers maybe we can get together for some runs – if interested! Mike I think I have yours x4057. My Cell is 412 . 310 .6039. CU there! Paul C.
PS: Any others? Eric, etc.?

He'll be in his race boat, if my arm improves the Teaure, other wise I'll be pushing rubber for Rivers. This arm has to get better before Russell fork.

Bernie, Will, etc...,
I'll be there Saturday night through Monday. Hope to catch up to you at the festival. Won't be able to paddle saturday due to night shift at work. I'm bringing several boats to hopefully unload, although none have saddles at the moment. See you next week!

To all of you going to Gauley Fest. Have a really good time, but be careful that you do not enjoy yourselves TOO much
. I will be taking a friend for his "Emmaus walk" over the weekend, so I will miss y'all, again.
Keep your t-stick high and remember to surf every wave and play every feature.

Bill,
Yes, we (Steve, Duane and I) are going to Gauleyfest, however Steve organized the whole trip, I think we are meeting some open boaters he knows from the OC Slalom Nationals.
I've been really busy at work and haven't had a chance to really find out what he has planned for us. All I know is that for tomorrow the Upper Yough is on the plan
(hope I'll survive that one), after that, I have no idea what we are doing.
All I know is that we are leaving Toronto tonight and will (hopefully in one piece
) return on Sunday night.
You can call me on my cell to see what's going on (647) 293-2090.
