A taste of things to come

Post by Sir Adam »

Well, I finally finished going through all the images from the last 10 months last night-they are reformatted and uploaded. They will not be viewable, however, until the site redesign is live, along with a few other new items.

Here's a teaser of things to come. As with all video's (yes, I said VIDEOs) if you think you'll be watching it more than once please right-click on it and save it to your hard drive....

If any of the "subjects" here objects to having a short segement up here from last years slalom clinic let me know ASAP and I will remove it. At the clinic we talked about posting and discussing them, but it's been a while, and at this point it's just nice to see my friends boating 8) . There *should* be sound too....

All video was shot by Kenneth at least years armada.

I again apologize for the delay. I'd really hoped to get all of the Armada and Clinic images up quickly.... With the new structure we're putting in place it will be MUCH easier for me to keep things updated, and therefore I"m hoping to be MUCH more timely about doing so....

ScottB-you must have ONE attractive boat...Kenneth got a lot of nice video of you  . It's just the way it worked out, for better or worse...going through them I'd hoped we'd have one of everyone, but it didn't quite work out that way....

If anyone has video they would like to have posted, please send it on in and I'll get it all set to go for when we go live with the new site. On top of the new look and feel, and underlying structure, we've got a few new really cool items like the C Video section)...as you can see we're getting pretty excited about how it's all coming together. We hope you'll all like it too 8) I KNOW a lot of you will like it if I upload your images faster  ...so at the very least I hope that will be a plus!

Sorry, didn't mean to sound like I was picking on you about the time - *I* didn't take any pictures to speak of to show them either! The kids thought the videos were "cool".

It must be that Kenneth likes yellow...

You're message did not come across as complaining at all, Scott, it's just my nagging sense of guilt for letting everything sit for so long (admittedly I was rather busy with other life events, but still...). I prefer to get things done immediately and move on when at all possible...and as some folks can attest, it's been a looong time since they sent information and images in.

We'll C if we can get more images and video this year as well:)

That tops my "Grocery and Firearms" picture of a gas/convenience store in Oregon. They've got it covered from shotgun through wedding to reception!
