Off Topic: Carbon Fiber and Concrete

Sorry for the spam - but am hoping someone can provide some information in a day or two about this.

No, it's not the latest miracle hull. Concrete's far too porous and would hold too much water.

If you have ever worked with resins applied to concrete, or know anything about them, I'd appreciate it if you could go to the off-topic forum here?:
