Posted on behalf of Dusty, to anyone near Western MA region:

My uncle, Bruce Farrenkopf is coming back east from reno for a short family reunion type vacation and is looking to get on some WW while he is here. I know some of you may know him and am wondering if you can help him out. He is coming on june 30'th and were thinking of doing some boating on sunday the 2'nd and/or monday the 3'rd, but he prefers not to ship his boat. He is an avid boater and has been paddling since before i was born. Infact he got me into boating not to long ago and this would be my first chance to actually go with him. So i was wondering if anyone is trusting enough to lend a C-1 to my uncle for a weekend. We would both appreciate it very much. If you would like to speak with him yourself, shoot me an email and i can get you his #. Thanks a bunch,

Dusty

I e-mailed Dusty and haven't heard back yet (I am bit more north than they may go I'd guess though...)

If anyone is passing through and needs to borrow a boat at some point, or just wants to paddle and try out some of the "collection", please let me know!

I'm in Queensbury, NY .....

Bruce,
You can borrow my Cascade if you wish. I can also supply the spray skirt, paddle, helmet and any other paddling gear that you might want. I can even deliver it to the Dryway for you or would you prefer the Upper Yough?

Hello Jim,
Thanks for the Cascade :D . That will work out well. I will bring the other stuff, including a paddle.
Let me think about how and where and when to get the boat.
Thanks again,
SYOTR,
Bruce
