Well single blade = single speed

I just saw where Stephen Janes kicked tail at the off road assault on mount mitchell on a single speed.

63 mile course with 11,000 feet of climbing

I can't for the life of me find anything on Google about him or a single speed in the race at all. Do you have a link?
