Hello Creekers,
I need a good pair of elbow guards that 1) give me solid protection, 2) won't affect my freedom of movement and 3) will not shift around during a run (they stay in place ).
Thanks for any recommendations you can provide.
SYOTR,
Bruce

Hey Bruce,
after some trial and error, I use the Roach MTB pads now. They are awesome. Best I have tried. They won't slip and give good fore arm pro (more important than pure elbow).

I've been using the Stohlquist elbow pads
and have found them very comfortable and they stay in place. Plus I feel they give good elbow and forearm protection. They could use a little thicker foam? inside but that might promote their moving around.
My two cents Doug
