Elbow Guards

Hello Creekers,
I need a good pair of elbow guards that 1) give me solid protection, 2) won't affect my freedom of movement and 3) will not shift around during a run (they stay in place
).
Thanks for any recommendations you can provide.

Hey Bruce,
after some trial and error, I use the Roach MTB pads now. They are awesome. Best I have tried. They won't slip and give good fore arm pro (more important than pure elbow).

and have found them very comfortable and they stay in place. Plus I feel they give good elbow and forearm protection. They could use a little thicker foam? inside but that might promote their moving around.
