I've been asked to give some basic canoeing instruction to a YMCA group this weekend and I'd like to give them a simple 1 page hand out to take away. I'd like to include basic canoe "anatomy", safety, and some basic strokes (bow and stern - forward, draw, pry, sweep, ?). This needs to be *very* basic, it's for newbies - Dads and kids in tandem canoes. If there is one out there on the big wide interweb, my feeble googling hasn't turned it up yet. Any of you have one? If not, I guess I will be making one!

Scott I picked up some info. Do you have a fax? I'll fax you a b&w for you to look at.
If you like it I picked up 20 copies that are in color - I can next day them to you if you want. Paul C.
