I haven't shared photos of my Wheelboy outfitting in public yet, so I figured this is as good a forum as any. Now that I have had a year and a half of paddling in the outfitting, I think my set up works really well.

The bulkhead for the knees is made of minicell foam and sculpted with a band saw and sharkskin. Then I glued the bulkhead to the polyethylene hull of the boat with 2 component polyurethane cement, using the blue flame technique on the polyethylene hull to prepare the plastic to accept the adhesive. The polyurethane cement that I used was 3M Scotch Weld Urethane adhesive (Part # 3532 B/A). It has been holding to the bulkhead just fine for the last 1 1/2 years.
The thigh straps are the semi-rigid type with plastic cam releases, which I bought from Liquid Mojo/North Water. I attached them to the boat in the manner recommended by Marko from Drakkar. Drilling holes in the flat spots on the hull to accept the upper anchors (D rings from Liquid Mojo) for the thigh straps. For the lower attachment points for the thigh straps, as Marko suggested, I drilled a 1 inch hole in the center of the console, so I would have finger room to manipulate the nuts. Then I drilled holes in the sides of the console to accept the bolts which hold the D Ring anchors for the thigh straps.
I also attached hip pads, fabricated from minicell foam with a dremel tool, and glued it to the interior of the cockpit rim with the 2 component polyurethane cement using the blue flame technique. They are holding superbly to the cockpit combing despite getting heavy abuse.
The ankle supports were glued down to the factory-supplied foam floor already in the boat with contact cement. If you have questions, feel free to email me.
