While of course there will be floor space for guest at the hall. It has been suggested that we pitch in for a room at local hotel/motel to have shower facilities, the hall only has water closets no showers, it do have a great hall way that we could hang gear in to dry, and plenty of room to put coolers of beer and other stuff. The H2ho video will only be shown late at nite when all kids under the age of 17 are in bed.

Sounds good, Louie. Now how about giving us the address of your banquet hall so that we can find the place and the earliest date that you would like people to arrive?

Louie, it's a great happenin' you're pulling together here, big thanks, looking forward to it. I know it might not be called the 'It ain't Louie Fest' but that gets my vote.

What's the possibility of pitchin' a tent near the banquet hall? Temps okay for sun showers?
Has a start date been settled on?
:D

I live 2 blocks away

OK....I see the mention of the word "cold" any of you Canadians out there who could define that in Northern context?
say the water is as cold as Palmers in May....or...... the nights are as cold as Gatineau fest this year.... gotta know if I need to upgrade some of the kids gear........
nice to know for booking campsites.... I've canoe tripped with some of these characters....after 4 days straight of reconstiuted humus you don't want to be quite that communal in the sleeping arrangments
