I met I C1 boater in WV last week that said he knows you both Dooley and Louie. His name is Randy and is from Knoxville. He paddles an Atom. I lost his phone number and hoped to call him when I come down for LouieFest Can you help a brother out?

It might be Randy Bigby rocket head from Oak Ridge I think he makes atomic bombs so I guess he would paddled an atom
