The Tennessee Scenic Rivers Association (TSRA) is celebrating it's annual Whitewater Rendezvous & Conservation Fundraiser April 18-22. This is not Louies' thingie in Lenoir City- Spring will be in full bloom and the weather will be warmer, but the rivers will still be flowing. The event is held at Camp Nakanawa, located on the Tennessee Cumberland Plateau between Monterey and Cookeville. Rivers: Clear Creek, Obed, Big South Fork, Daddy's Creek, Emory River, Obey River, Whites Creek, Tellico, and so on. Rendezvous is TSRA's primary annual fundraiser for conservation and money made at the auction on Saturday evening establishes the baseline for that effort. Cabins, camping, and hot showers will be available as will meals on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday morning for a small fee in addition to registration. You do not have to be a TSRA member to participate, but please consider joining and supporting the organization. Check out the details at http://www.paddletsra.org.
And if the administrator of CBoats.net would consider donating an item from the store for the auction, it would be greatly appreciated.
