Friday Night Fun Series: Be the King of the River

At the ASCI whitewater park
June 29, July 6, 20, 27, August 10, 17, and 31

June 29 has a 6:00 Registration and 7:30 Competition starts

The rest of the events: Registration 5:00 Start 6:30

June 29: Wavesport Freestyle Rodeo
July 6: Stonyboater Paddle Wax Boatercross
July 20: Riversport Giant Slalom
July 27: Immersion Research Boatercross
August 10: Wavesport Freestyle Rodeo
August 17: Immersion Research Giant Slalom
August 31: Riversport Series Final

Cost: $50 for the full series, $10 per night, $8 for ASCI season pass holders, and $5 for Yough Paddling Club members

In addition to the nightly competition, there is also the:

IR King/Queen of the River Competition

To qualify a competitor must participate in at least 2 event types (boatercross, freestyle, or giant slalom) and in at least 4 of the 7 Fridays. Total points scored by a participant, over the course of the series, in all events determines the winner.

There is Only One King of the River this is a winner take all comp that only one boater will win.
