August 11 will probably work best for me,but August 4 would work too. Carolina Canoe Club's Southern Invasion of Ohiopyle is the August 11-12 weekend so we better hurry up and get the permits if that is the date. Just think about all the extra kayaks to run over!!!

7/21, 7/28 and 8/25 look to be open for me.
8/4 and 8/11 are out since I have family vacation scheduled then.
8/25 would be iffy since that is the weekend of the Bellfonte Race and I'm trying to talk the boy into that. But that is negotiable.

I suggest August 4th as the date for the following reasons:

-Long weekend in Canada (Civic Holiday), so with one extra day off, I could make it a 4 day weekend, which might help me in talking additional participants from up North into joining us.

-Savage seems to have a release on Sunday, this would be a bonus!

If I can make it, and can talk someone into joining, I will bring the Noah C2 with me, so I can provide some entertainment for the crown... ...

I think a Tandem Armada is a great idea.
We will be paddling in Maine July 27 - Aug 5, so July 28th and Aug 4th won't work fo us.
I would be very dissapointed if we missed it.

Not sure who can come when, but the 11 (4) and 18th (2) have the most votes. Of course neither has a large following.

sounds like a pretty small group either way with the dates I threw out there.

Should we look at September or will scholl activities restrict things even more?

We'll be taking the tandem (Blast) to Maine July 28 - Aug 11) so later in Aug or Sept would be better.

August is a busy month for me, so I'm aimin' for the weekend of July 28. Well, I'm gonna plan on going (gotta make sure the family thing is addressed first

). I'm waiting to hear from PAC if he can go--who else can show up that weekend, either for a tandem run or solo run? If I tandem, gonna need a bow partner.

We can still shoot for a later date for the "official" Tandemonium weekend in September?

Who is coming in for the "Over the Falls Race" weekend? That would be the weekend of 8/25-26? Would that work for folks? Either as a Tandem Loop run(s) in addition to falls runs or as a full on all river run? The park is in such a uproar that weekend getting launch times should not be an issue.

If this works then we might just call this the The Tandemation - for those sinners who could not make Tandemonium!
