Alright Freestylers, mark your calendars-Freestyle Nationals

I'd love to see some more C-1ers at Nationals-it would be great this year if we didn't have to scramble at the last minute to get enough people to make a class. And more importantly- OC-1 IS ON THE SCHEDULE!!! We need 3 paddlers to make a class, and I'm in, so I hope at least 2 more will step up. We'll be running under the same rules as for worlds- same moves and boat restrictions. If nothing else, this is a great opportunity to show folks that C-1 and OC-1 are still alive.

Hope to see you there
Jeremy

Nationals will be held at
ADVENTURE SPORTS CENTER INTERNATIONAL (ASCI)
Self-Contained Whitewater Course
McHenry, Maryland

The Weekend of September 29-30(exact dates & times not set yet for the classes but it will be this weekend & maybe on Fri. as well)

There will also be a meeting about Freestyle Kayaking at Nationals. Everyone is encouraged to attend to find out more about our sport and how to be involved.

If you would like to be on the email list to receive more information about Nationals and about the USA Freestyle Kayaking please email Devon Barker at devobarker@yahoo.com and I will put your email on the list. There will be lots of opportunities to be involved on and off the water at Nationals so I hope to see you all there.

Thank you for your interest and I hope to see you all at Nationals.

Gauley fest is the weekend before- Sept 22.
There are Upper Yough releases scheduled for the Friday and Monday of that weekend.
