Hello everyone --
So what started as a basic update site for my family has grown into something more. I post updates of my races and training, and all the funny things that seem to happen along the way. I have lots of races coming up -- including the US Open and Team Trials / Pan Ams (!) -- so there should be entertaining stories posted over the next few weeks.
The blog is what actually gets updated regularly.
The biography is full of funny pictures about how I started paddling!
The what is C1W section is a good slalom intro.

Nice website, Laura. See you at the race next weekend. It won't be as exciting as racing at Charlotte, but like I always say, "If you can be hit by a train while walking up to the put in, that makes up for it."

Hi, Laura. I believe I met you ever so briefly at GAF when you and another female c-1er were putting on to paddle the bridge gates. It'll be cool to see your updates and read about your progress in your racing career. Race hard and keep the "C"!
