Post by obdave »

finally after years of low snow pack and drought i woke up to front page headlines of flood danger as are prodigous mountain snowpack finally began to melt. Idaho is a raging beast and montana is seeing flows we haven't seen in years. There is a god and he likes to paddle. letsgoboatin!

The Gallatin is running

The Gallatin is running, and will be for some time to come. Looks like we're in for a few days of snow now, but that'll only make it last longer. How ya doing Dave, hope to see you on the water this summer. 8)

let me know if you guys make it over to the Lochsa. I got to paddle it Rendezvous weekend with the Killer B's and it was fun to have some other c-boats around. If all 5 of get out on the same day we will probably set the all time canoe record on the Lochsa!

we should all try to come up with a weekend, maybe later in June to try and have a C-Boat gathering on the Lochsa. Anyone game?
