Dagger Ocoee vinyl gunnels/decks

Post by beach »

I just retro-fitted a 2003 vinyl railed Ocoee to wood and have no need for the vinyl decks and rails.

I will bring these to ALF and would prefer to not ship due to your expense.

Sharing the wealth...

This is just a thought, Kevin:

You might want to hang on to your vinyl gunnels if you have room for them. I did the same thing to one of my Ocoees a few years ago. I love wood. Unfortunately, however, it doesn't take the abuse that vinyl does. After about three years of banging around in my wood-trimmed Ocoee, I was ready to sell it. The gunnels, however, were going to have to be replaced to get a decent price for it. Two of them were busted up pretty badly. Anyway, I just dug out the old vinyl ones and put them back on. I was glad that I saved them.

Just tryin' to help. :D

The rails/decks have been accepted by a Cboater from Waterloo, CN

Are there any Canadians willing to haul these back to Canada and the Cboater can arrange pick-up?

We can rendezous at ALF '09. Center of the C world for a week.

Merci,

Kevin
