Will, please they already say PLG is me please don't try and start that Alex ( swimmin mexican ) is too. You should come over I already have been contacted by about nine C1'ers who are comin . It ain't the Green but you don't have pay to park and peoploe won't complaine when you run over the Kayakers, you are still doin that right. Pluss we don't have that elitis Green local attitude.

It ain't an it,it is a bunch of single sticker helpin a group of BSA consulars get a group of intermediate Scouts get down the Ocoee and providin an example to about 150 to 200 kids that you don't have to set on your rear end and use a trainin blade to boat. I guess about 100 or so boater have contacted us to say they will come and goin down the river. With your history of terrorizin butt boater on the Green you would be a welcome addition. If you can hit butt boaters with the skill to do the green you could get your bag limit of pods on the Ocoee before you get past the staggin eddy. While myself and Swimming Mexican will happly show the proper swimmin and self rescue methods, Dick ( sometimes know as Jeff Richards) will paddle a lot of the river standin up, Doopey will show how total confusion is no inpedament to boatin, Chad will demonstrate good techinques, and you and Dooley could show what can be aspired for. PLG will proved addition comic releife. Sat ( this comin Saturday) 11:30 at the Ocoee put in. We have worked out a deal with the floatin undercut to help mop up any buttboater that we might miss ( they are like cockroaches, hard to get them all). Ya I know the Ocoee ain't really where you want to be, but their comes a time when you need to give back to the sport. Think about it, novice boaters at a early stage in their carriers, 150 to 200 possible single sticker in the makin. Dagger quit makin open boats and C-boats cause there weren't enought single sticker out there. Plus, just think if at second helpin or a bunch of other feature, a pod looked up and he and his type were out numbered by ten to one, he might just give up the sport or at least know how we feel most of the time, Clay Wright might quit writtin our death notices as he plug more more Kayaks sells and attempts to bring Rodeo back from the dead in the American Kayaker, heck the American Kayker might even acknowledge we are still out there and have us on a tee shirt. Too bad it paid officals and main supporter don't boat or they might even see us on the river.

That is the GDI group from Lenoir City alone, and you can read on here the others who have express an intrests. Again just think of the fear you will see in the eyes of the ruler of the Ocoee as we bear down on them and their companions abandon their pods and flee in terror through the woods.

Maybe I can bring a video camera and we can make 'em a short little video about the whole thing they can take home with them.

Well Dick ( Standingman), Chris (OC1King) will be there Friday Saturday and Sunday with some others. I just got permission to go Saturday and Sunday. Saturday Night at Gee Creek campground they are wanting to show some paddle porn and have the scouts meet some of the boaters. I will see if PLG can get some CD's put togeather for them. Dooley how about some of your stuff. Parhaps Cummie can come up with some of the ventage stuff from the 80's and 90's. I have some of the raw footage from the early Green trip that Gentry used in some of his footage but it is on VHS and I need to get it digitised. First open boat run of the Monkey, MIt Mit's backwards openboat run and swim over Sunshine. Psyco swim of Sunshine, unintresting stuff like that.
