I called some people last night in Veracruz and the good news is there sould be some good oppertunities for some 1st D. As far as the Rio de Oro well you could get the record for the high water run on it.

If you remember on the road from Jacolomo up to the put in for the Pesacods you cross a very tiney creek, I bet it is runnin.

So how much H2O should we be looking for, leaving the 12th? Dale

I really don't know but I would think you might be back to late Oct or early Nov level. Which makes the Antiquea river a lot better than you exspect this time of the year. The Bronco Granda section and the four fours could be a little wild. The Alseacaan might be high but they set dope on a rope at all the good ones anyway. The feeder creek to it would be great. The Actopan which is kinda lame at low water would be a lot better. This might be a chance to get Jim to exspand his repertau and try some new rivers. If you do head down the Rio de Oro way you shoule look att hat run that goes through down town Santiago Tuxula. It don't maker Mexico is a ball no matter what the water level and BTW I hate all of you who get to go Mexico while I don't.

Sorry we are going when you can't, sounds like a hoot of a trip if you were there, but saying that, what new creeks do you see as possible? Or should we be content with the laid oot itenery, and just go with the flow? Dale
