The final revisions to the L'edge have been completed and it's at the mold manufacturer.

Projected delivery date to dealers is 2010

Looks Like it will be easy to weld.

Seriously Craig.....what are the final specs? I am just wondering how many times I have to substitute granola bars for cheese burgers so I could slide in "under " the suggested max weight level. Would even consider? Michelob 64 for the real deal if it meant being able to paddle this sweet thing! Just wondering if this may finally be that one boat that has married the hull personalitys of the Prelude and my Spanish Fly. Is it going to be red or yellow? Is it still available as a decked as well as an "open" boat? thanks: Barry

If its as wide as the Spanish Fly 29" and as long as the Prelude I think I may be very interested.

At this point I'm going to have to assume that the May 1st date will be the date for North America but I'll update (edit) this as soon as I get confirmed information.

I can't give final specs until some production boats are actually pulled from the mold. Here are the numbers we are expecting.

Length: 9'-2"-ish
Width: 28-1/2" (not including the outermost splash/grab rail)
Center depth: 16" + change on "decked" models
End height: 20-21"
Volume: 149 gallons... not that this means anything
Wendy wrote:Nice lines on the deck to divert water?
Dave Proulx (our computer guy "3D specialist" and fellow OC'er) came up with them and we happily added them to the design... they'll add rigidity... and I think they look cool too.
Wendy wrote:Flat bottom?
The bottom has a very slight arch
boathead wrote:Is it going to be red or yellow?
 I like red
boathead wrote:Is it still available as a decked as well as an "open" boat?
You bet!!!
Plus... we'll still be able to lower the gunnels on the "open" version for folks that sit a little lower or prefer a lower gunnel/sheer line.
gumpy wrote:price?
As soon as I know the MSRP I'll post (edit) it right here.

Do you know the date for that event? (Potomac correct?)
