That video has been making the rounds but thanks for posting it.
For the past few years I've been doing a LOT of volunteer work for Wintergreen Adaptive Sports here in Virginia.

If you wander around the site you'll find out what we are about.
It started as a skiing program which then embraced another dark side, gasp, snowboarding, which then expanded into golfing and boating. I serve on the boating steering (yeah, I know, interesting word choice) committee.
We have had some huge successes, one person at a time, while having fun on the water.
Our parent organization is called Disabled Sports USA. Check them out here.

Demand for instructors always seems to exceed supply and, well, the need for money always seems to exceed supply too so please take a moment and take a look.
