I was thinking the other day about some of the boats I've had and sold... only to wish I had back now.

On my list...

Savage Superfly
Sauvage SpanishFly
Dagger Atom (yeah... seriously)

Almost correct... A broke Sauvage waiting on a plastic welder. And one shiny brand new, never in the water, still unoutfitted SuperFly.

The other, well let a picture tell...

... it got merged with another slightly heavier, to produce something new. Which promptly got a little damage, due to a non-freindly composite slalom course. Thanks, that eminds me to get it repaired.

David still has a Supa'Fly hull that's never been outfitted (I believe)... I know where Teal's old one is plus your new one... so that makes three I know of that aren't broken.

 Dam'n man... that edge got busted up good... I remember when it was brand spankin' new and awfully purty. Gunna' make another new one at some point?

BTW... as of last Friday I officially own Eli's old Skeeter that someone here in town had bought from him and it sat in his garage forever. Well... it's mine until Eli wants it back for his collection. Somewhere in the bowels of the internet there is an awesome picture of Eli doing a huge ender at Rock Island in it. It's his boat... I'm just keeping it in my muesem for now.

I have a Superfly that’s still intact, I did have the spin ring filled in with a plastic welder as a preventive measure as this is where they like to crack at :D

So far the only boat I whish I still had is the other Superfly That Shawn Malone has. Now that I know how good Bob is @ fixing them

The Acrobat. I should have kept it. It would be awesome on the Thompson.

Hah! Those aren't virgins!!! I've seen a couple of pictures of the (outfitted backwards) one Shawn has on F.B.
Honestly... the spin-disc was a neat "idea" but it didn't really do anything and you are 111% correct... that's where they all broke. Frankly filling them in is quite smart if you want to be able to "use" them.

I can name a few I that wouldn't take back even if you paid me

Not a white water boat but a boat none the less... hand made 17' cedar strip canoe I made with my uncle. Used it for years for duck hunting and for courted the wife.

It was just too darn big to have around when getting the family started (sold with my 62 Chevy - another sad tale  ).

Miss that stripper / tripper - ultra quite, stable, could carry big loads and could sneak on all types of critters. One of these days I'll build another! Its gone for good - died an unnatural death.

I thought I missed my cascade but once I bought it back I hated it! Moved on to a different style of paddling. Oh well

I haven't sold many, usually by the time I'm done with them they are wore the heck out and more ready to be planter than anything. There is one I miss more for sentimental reasons - the Viper 12. I was missing the ME until I found another.

Full cut Viper.... I sold it when I got a cut down Viper. I think the full cut version is an excellent cruising boat, and if you want a cut down boat for cruising go Acrobat.

I also miss my Millbrook Culprit. Sold because no one used it (got it for someone to use to paddle with me, they never did.). Not I'd like to use it!
