I am selling an XL15 and need to get it to Ohio. Anyone willing to transport from the Armada to Ohio? I could kick in some gas money and a six pack if necessary.

If my wife lets me take her vehicle (with the longer bars), I could get it to Athens for you at least. If I have to drive my car, the racking might be a challenge. I've had two solo boats on it before, but I had to angle one on top of the other to make them fit...

What is your wife's favorite beer?

Maybe she would like wine instead :D .....Athens would be fine, but I am confused. The boat is south of Cincy and Athens is north of Cincy.

Ah, but Josh and ohioboater are going to be in the same place next weekend - the "Armada", which happens on the North Branch of the Potomac near Westernport, MD.

Oops, newby here. I see that the armada is at the Potomac.
Athens is great if possible.

I need to finalize my plans with my wife and buddy Scott. I will be in touch.

Now THAT might work :).

Athens is actually east of Cinci, about 3 hours. Brenda, is that workable for you?

And my wife likes Yeungling Porter for dark and Eliot Ness for light, though we're always into trying local beers from other parts of the country.

Yep. Just tell me when to be there with the wine. And you can send me a pm with your address and any other info......that is when I actually purchase it and all is worked out with Josh.

If things fall through I might be able to move it from the Armada as far as Ohiopyle for short term storage (until an OH bound ride can be arranged - a back up plan for you). Keep us posted.
