What do you all think is the most extreme thing ever run in a canoe?

Dooley ran the Raven's Fork, I think Eli ran it first though.

The problem with Dooley is he's so good he makes it look easy.

If surviving the run don't count then Jesse Sharpe has it hands down

I'd vote for Nolan in the Niagara Gorge, although Dooley and Eli make those steep creeks look easy. Maybe they can settle it by doing a round of "rock, paper, scissors"

How did he not get swamped? You'll have to ask Nolan. He does admit in the film that he rolled once. Perhaps that gave him a chance to empty some of the water. I've seen video of the entire run and it's absolutely amazing. It's like running four miles of Lava rapid in the Grand Canyon. I assume he ran most of it filled.

I think it's the most amazing run because he couldn't go to the river bank and dump his boat. He had to run the entire thing without stopping, without an electic pump.

Yeah, isn't the Niagra Gorge about the most hardcore run in the US?
