Hey Adam, hi everyone,
If some of you thought there's no such thing as extreme flat water paddling, you may want to reconsider it (movie):

I assume this kind of performance can be repeated with one of those extra long single blade paddles called SUP paddles.

In the US they're called a kayak and in here they're called "Butt Boats." Not a term of endearment as we are single bladers and proud of it. Nice promo...although this site is probably void of your demographic.

I didn't even notice the boat I was mainly talking about the Kayak paddle in the canoe, and the way the paddleing is bounceing up and down like he is on a pogo stick. I make it a practice to never bad mouth any manufacters boats or designs, I may not like them but someone does or it would have never made it through R&D. So my comment is not aimed at the boat maybe I will go back and watch the clip again just to see the boat maybe not.

Here's the first review ever published about this type of paddle craft, back in 2004:

Shocked? Indeed, it was published in this very C-Forum, and by no other than Sir Adam, its founder
Life is full of surprises, sometimes...
And here is a new, auto-review, about the newer series:

We've learned some things since 2004, and the new, 500 series is a more friendly boat, although it may track too well for whitewater.

For a flatwater boat, it is indeed sweet. And yes, I do think it is best paddled with a single stick
As to the seating position, kneel, or sit as you would in many a canoe - on a seat, legs stretched out in front of you (and with your feet lower than you butt).
Just like a lot of flatwater canoes, you CAN use a training paddle with it. Might even be faster.... if you can figure out how to work that extra blade.
Light WW might be interesting (easy class II even). Personally I wouldn't even attempt II+ or III, but I'm sure someone will if they haven't already.
The really nice thing about the dual hulls is it is fast and very stable.
