Should I dress up as a pirate or a kayaker for the halloween Ocoee run

If i were a pirate, I could finaly use my pirate catch phrase and maybe board someones raft "Arggh, hand over the booty" I'd even put an inflatable parrot on my shoulder. it can double up as flotation.

If I dressed as a kayaker. It would probably scare my friends and maybe piss Louie off. All I need is a skirt, and a full-face helmet. I suppose I could tape two canoe paddles together as well.

Or I could just wear a pancho and a sombrero with a fake handlebar mustash.

Anybody else acting like a fool this weekend?

I've been wanting to do the "Deliverance" hillbilly thing for a while - full with the flannel over the PFD, corncob pipe, and felt hat, but won't be near any water this weekend!

I will be there dressed as Santa Claus with a group of kayakers who have no business being on the Ocoee. And yes, we will still be hungover from the night before. Ho Ho Ho, there will be blood.

Not sure which day I will be there, Alex. I would hang out all weekend, but it depends on external factors.

Sounds like I need to make a trip to the thrift store.

In addition to that, you can duct tape some actual bike 'training wheels' on the sides toward the back of the boat...

So you'd be a Pusey, with a skirt on, and training wheels on ur boat... that's pretty good.

Dude, don't go with the stereo-type. But, if you ever had to cross the border, it definitely would have been swim.
