Spray Top and Pants Got WASHED
now it is just a nylon suit. Is there a way to get the water repellancy back?

Breathable? Liquid or powder detergent?
W/breathable, you can use a wash in or spray or "dwr" (duarble water repellent) - that's what makes it bead up instead of saturating the outer layer and making it feel clammy.
