Any advice on what to use to reglue a bulkead into a plastic boat. Will contact cement hold? Can I use epoxy?

Use contact cement. I use Barge on mine. Sand both surfaces then apply one thin coat to each and let dry. Its good to use a second coat on the foam side as well. Once it's all dry hit both sides with a hair dryer to warm the glue and stick it together. I found that to be the strongest thing I've tried yet.

I would think it would be tricky to place a bulkhead exactly right the first time. Most of mine go in side-ways, then get straightened out & kind of rolled into place w/ a little beating on the sides & top. That would be tricky w/ contact cement.

I've never glued a bulkhead into any of my boats. Make them snug enough that you have to break a sweat to get 'em in & you don't have to worry about glue.
