Dont mean to brag but I am very proud of my 11 year old son who got his open canoe roll tonight in the pool in a Prelude. Its gonna be a a great paddle season, next up is a tandem roll.

Yea I was there to and it was great to see him roll that boat, he is so confortable in a boat, up right or upside down! Good job Trevor of teaching and parenting! It was also nice to see Nora out there as well!!
Cheers

kids

kids are amazing. I paddled tandem with my son Aaron from when he was 5. He started paddling solo at 11. I used to get in trouble because I'd be watching out for him. Aaron would be fine...ignoring the old man, and watching you-tube videos made him a beautiful paddler.
'Course his first boat had training wheels
