Prijon Delirious

Came upon a used Prijon Delirious for sale recently.

Looks like an old-school slicy playboat, with all the volume amidships, but the specs indicate the width (27") may provide some extra stability.

Would be grateful to hear if anyone has ever tried a Delirious conversion -- how's she paddle? Is the Prijon plastic really superior, as others have noted?

Thanks! :P

DO IT!
I'm 5'11" x 170# and it handles fine. Fun boat, super tough plastic.
It's everything you've heard it is.
You will have to carve down the black plastic cockpit ring where the knee hooks are. It is removable, just drill a couple rivets out.
There's a couple photos in here of some great c-1 outfitting and one of my orange Delerious:

I miss mine! It was a fun boat. I removed the black cockpit coaming and shaved a bit of the rim to fit in mine properly. Tough plastic!!!

I had one. It was a fun boat, but at ~180-190 lbs I was a bit above the ideal weight range for it.
But then I got to try A Sith. It did everything the Delirious did and then some. Never looked back...

The plastic really is great. I've been paddling a Prijon Release playboat for years and it's bomber.

I never paddled a Delirious, but that was supposedly an awesome C-1 conversion.

I'd say go for it!
