Yep, I'm gonna do it! I told my wife this was something I was going to do and she would just have to deal with it.
Then I bought her a mini van. Now she's happy. I'm happy. But WE are broke!
Anyway, I know it's a long haul and a long shot, but I thought I'd check to see if I could save some on shipping. Is anyone planning on driving from New Hampshire to Alabama anytime soon? The heat and humidity is amazing this time of year.
I would like to get back up to the Bryson City/NOC area again soon. It would be great if we could get it that close.

Yeah, I had thought of that, but I thought I'd put it on the board to see what turned up.
I may have to wait til then anyway. I emailed Jeremy a couple of weeks ago. He had one ready to ship then, but he also said that was all until he molded more sometime in September.

I'm scheduled to mold the the 7 and 8th of September, so I'll have boats ready for Gauley fest- and Yough week for those heading there the week prior to the festival.

someday people will be clamoring to acquire craft from the year of the
red boats.
the more people having fun paddling canoes... the better.
"remember when they only made this in red?"

Why do I feel like in a couple months, people will be saying "can it get it in something other than blue?"

That's a great thing because it will mean the boats are selling like hotcakes. My special request would be a red, white, and blue one.

I'm apparently either getting old... or I have far too many satirical references in my database.
