Outrage in Washington, D.C. area

Post by Jeffrey Ward »

Is there anyone that has an Outrage in the Washington, D.C. area that would be willing to permit me to try it? I have been paddling a Mohawk Viper 12 for a few years. It is an older boat, and I am starting to think about perhaps replacing it. The Viper is the only open boat that I have paddled, and I'd like to paddle an Outrage to see whether I have a preference for its hull shape before I make a decision about a new boat. I could meet sometime at the Feeder Canal, Anglers or Violettes Lock. Thanks.

If you don't find anyone in the immediate vicinity of DC I can help you out. I live in Carlisle PA which is about 2-2 1/2 hrs away.
