contact cement in cold weather

I,m new here, been lurking for a while but now I have a question for the people in the know.
I need to redo the outfitting in a boat and the can of cement says that what you are glueing and the adhesive should be at 65 degrees for 24 hrs before and 72 hrs after.
I don't have a heated area to put the boat in.Today we have 60 degrees and it's supposed to be the same tomorrow and then turn cold for a while. My question is should I wait till spring or go ahead and do this? Does anyone have experience in this area and should I wait or go for it?
I'm reading the red can.
